TACC Automotive Apprenticeships takes the hassle out of recruitment for TACC member businesses.
The group training scheme provides a pathway for individuals opting to enter the workforce within the automotive sector, commencing as early as Year 10. Industry professionals recruit and place apprentices with suitable host employers, pay for any necessary medical examinations, conduct induction programs, provide tools and place apprentices on the TACC payroll.
Apprentices and trainees employed by TACC have access to trade-qualified Field Managers, who monitor performance and provide mentoring and coaching.
Field Managers regularly visit apprentices in the workplace to provide ongoing support, while engaging with business owners and staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
